KOBERCE BRENO was founded in 1994 as a wholesale flooring company. Since 1998, business activities expanded to include its own retail network of sales centres. The company strengthened its position in 2001 by acquiring 100% of competitor KTI s.r.o. Subsequently, the "Království koberců" (Kingdom of Carpets) brand with its own logo and retail units joined KOBERCE BRENO, and these now carry the BRENO logo and are fully integrated among the company's other stores. KOBERCE BRENO is a purely Czech company. It is one of the largest and most significant domestic flooring retailers, providing sales and services throughout the Czech Republic. The company is also a direct importer and the strongest distributor of major foreign manufacturers. In 2006, BRENO expanded to the Slovak market by opening branches in Bratislava, Trenčín, and Nitra. In 2008, a store in Martin followed, a year later in Žilina, and in 2015 we opened a store in Trnava. The BRENO network of specialised stores offers a complete range of flooring - residential and commercial wall-to-wall carpets in a wide variety of materials, colours, and patterns. Original and luxury area rugs in both classic and modern designs are available. There is also an extensive selection of PVC, linoleum, and vinyl tiles in new designs that perfectly imitate wood or tiles. A wide range of doormats and bathroom mats in many colour options is also available. Complementary products include home accessories and curtain rods.
